 Don't eat protein bars or shakes instead of meals, especially for dinner.  Consuming these can reduce weight for a while, but it does not last long.  When you start eating roti, rice, and pulses, your weight gains again, and all the weight lost comes back.


 Clean your teeth immediately after completing a meal.  When brushing your teeth, the taste of toothpaste stays in your mouth, which may help you avoid other dishes such as chips and ice cream.
