On the one hand, we have machines that do all the work without much effort, on the other hand, we have fatty foods.  The result is arrears.


     Obesity can cause physical and mental problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer.  Therefore, those with ese arrears are considered very ill.  That is why many people are trying to lose weight.  Advertising attracts these people and empties their pockets.  But es arrears are growing.


     Scientifically speaking, you do not have to work very hard to get out of arrears.  Follow a scientific diet for safe results.


     Whether it is your meal

     1. Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before breakfast.


     2. Eat lots of fruits for breakfast.  However do not eat high-calorie fruits like banana, sap, mango, grapes.


     3. Idli, fat waffles, salt, and acid can be eaten with fruits without being a burden to the stomach.  Then drink a cup of coffee or tea.  (Sugar-free or reduced)


     4. Eat a piece of fruit or a cookie, raw sprouts, or salad at 11 am.  Drink low-sugar buttermilk or green tea and fruit juices.


     5. Meals: Drink water 15 minutes before meals.  Start your meal with a salad.  They fill your stomach with fewer calories.  Also, provide fiber components.


     6. Drink soup without cream before meals.  Soups are low in calories and suppress stomach cravings.


     7. Divide your plate into 4 parts.  It consists of two parts chapati/rice/roti / or lumps, the other two parts should be filled with fruits, berries, and legumes.


     8. Eat only one chapati or roti, if you are very hungry, you can eat only two.  Do not eat more than two.  Because dry chapati gives 100 calories.


     9. Evening: Breakfast can be eaten with fruit, corn flakes, onion mandrake, cucumber.


     10. Coffee or tea, fruit juice or other.


     11. Dinner: The plate contains a lot of vegetables cooked with their soup.  Chapati or rice can be eaten.  But food should only fill the stomach up to 60 percent.  Then drink some water.  After all this, there should be space in the stomach.  You should not know that eating less will not make you sleepy.  Over time, less sleep can lead to better sleep.

     Do not eat tired, angry, struggling.  Don’t think about meals and don’t play with fictional words.  Cereals such as rice, millet, and wheat should be eaten without too much glaze.  Sometimes it is better to use wheat flour fillings.


     Regularly cut the vegetables into lentils and squeeze the lemon juice.



     Lentils should always be cooked with vegetables.  Legumes provide more calories.


     Meditation and yoga should be practiced regularly to control the appetite control center in the brain.  Meditation suppresses energy and helps you to absorb food.  Easy to peel with fruit juice.  Drink coffee, tea, and fruit juices without sugar.  1 teaspoon of sugar increases 20 calories.  It increases the weight by 1 kg per year.


     Do not add oil or ghee to the pan.  Each spoon of oil or ghee gives 50 calories.  Skim milk or tonic milk can be used.


     Cut the carnivorous lace.  Eat chicken, boiled egg white, or fish.


     As you age, the amount of food you eat decreases.  Ese arrears should not be eaten with cova, candy, coconut, butter, ghee, sugar, dalda, fried and baked goods.  Cakes, pizzas, hamburgers, ice creams, samosas, and chocolate are also banned.

     Avoid soft drinks, energy drinks, frozen milk, and artificial beverages.  Dried fruits like almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios should not be eaten.  You do not have to fast to lose weight.  We are hungry and want to eat, we eat in large quantities.


     Adherence to all these methods will help you lose weight.  But we should not go fast and lose weight.  It is advisable to deposit only one kg per month.  Fasting is not a tool for weight loss.  This is something that needs to be achieved patiently through good eating habits and physical activity.
